Powerful Filters for
Powerful Reports
Users can make use of powerful filters to customize the needed reports. Information can be filtered by machine, position, threadline, date, time, grade, and fault type just to name a few. If the user wishes to check the performance of the evening shift, they need only to enter the time and the key performance metrics that they wish to see for the evening shift. The parameters for this report can then be saved such that the same report can be regenerated for any given day.
Key Performance Reports
Grading Summary
The Grading Summary report calculates the yield by grade broken down by number of packages produced, weight, % of fiber produced, and % of total production. If there are downgraded packages, an Exception Summary is provided to detail which packages were downgraded and the reason for the downgrade.
Break Summary
The Break Summary report provides statistics on the number of breaks along with the duration of break and run times.
Package Statistics
Package information related to average, co-efficient of variation, and standard deviation can be plotted for multiple threadlines over a period of time to help users identify trends in the data/process.
Statistical Process
Control (SPC)
SPC charts are used to plot the performance of the process against calculated or predefined sigma limits to help determine whether the process is running within specifications.
